Sleep and Rest

We were created with the need to sleep every night.  This essentially means a drastic cutting down on energy that flows out in doing.  We need to take this time to repair and recharge and clean.

  • Try to get 7-9 hours of sleep every night, you really cannot catch up on sleep.
  • Sleeping gained between 9 at night and 2 in the morning is the most healing, this is the magic hours.
  • Avoid stimulants like caffeine and alcohol. These do a lot of damage, especially at night.
  • Set aside one day each week for rest and restoration.
