8 Laws of Physical Health

I work in a lifestyle center.  I deal with sick people every day.  The basic fact is that when a person has health issues it usually means that one or more of the basic 8 laws of health was ignored.

That is good news, if we can pin down where the problem started we can find the cause and that leads to healing. If you only treat the symptoms, you are simply delaying healing, or in fact causing more damage.  The body can and will heal itself - it was created that way.  All you need to do is bring back the balance.

The 8 Laws are:

  • Nutrition
  • Exercise
  • Water
  • Sunlight
  • Fresh Air - Oxygen
  • Moderation
  • Rest
  • Faith
