8 Natural Laws of Mental Health

It is a strange concept to some to think that natural laws can help with mental health.  We then to put things in boxes and mental health and nature are not related.  But, nature has a code, a set of laws to enable us to maintain mental health.   These laws are there to help us understand the natural function of our bodies and minds.  They are not set to punish the transgressor.  If we do not adhere to these laws we reap the consequences of breaking that laws.   It may take some time, the body is an amazing vehicle and can take a lot of punishment, but in the end, it all adds up. 

 A simple example is that if we do not get enough sleep we will inevitably suffer from mental stress and that may lead to depression.   We all know this to be true from experience.  Therefore, it is a good idea to keep all these laws in mind on a daily basis.  We should abide by these natural laws of mental health.  Every soul need to implement them in our lives.  If we do so, we will find they hold the key to healing.
