How to Get Rid of Gallstones - And Avoid Surgery
My sister called me with panic in her voice, "I need surgery, the doctor said he will have to remove my gall bladder". My sister never listens to me, after all I am her youngest brother and she rules the family. I knew that this was my chance to shine. My answer was, "Why not try the natural route, you can avoid surgery if you follow some simple instructions". That was 7 years ago, she never had the surgery and she thinks the fact that I am a herbalist is super cool. So here is the simple recipe, I hope it helps you too.
Remember that God created you with your gall bladder, surely he had a reason to put it there. Yes you can survive without it but why should you. I have had literally 100's of people use this method and none of them had to do the surgery.
7 Days to Avoid Gall Bladder Surgery
Days 1 – 6:
Drink 1 quart of apple juice each day, throughout the day, for 6 days. The apple juice is in addition to your regular meals, but try to keep the meals low fat for these days. The limonoid in the juice helps to soften gallstones and can even help with pain.
On the last day, the 6 th day:
Stop eating after 6 pm.
At 6 pm, take the following:
1 Table Spoon of Epsom salt with a full glass of water. Mix well to dissolve the Epsom salt in the water. It is not a tasty treat so down it in one gulp.
By 8 pm you should feel a bit of nausea, this is natural, repeat 1 table spoon of Epsom salt with a full glass of water, remember to gulp.
At 10 pm, the final bit, mix and drink quickly, 4 oz. olive oil and 4 oz. lemon juice. This is the hard part.
Go to bed knowing that your gallstones are on the way to be flushed away. The Epson salts is the laxative and the olive oil and lemon cause a massive gall bladder cleanse. You can view them in the morning when you go to the bathroom, or you can flush them. They will float in the water. The gall stones themselves vary in color and size.
You can repeat the process in a couple of months time if needed. It is a great cleanse and is recommended for anybody, even if you do not have pain.
